An 8 week course for parents of teenagers and adolescents 10 years+.
This group is appropriate for every parent. It can be exciting and satisfying helping our young people grow up into capable young adults!
Are you struggling with the shifting roles within your teenage family?
During the sessions we share experiences and look at:
Understanding and acknowledging the needs of pre teens and teenagers
Practicising ways of negotiating and setting limits.
Finding different ways to communicate with our children
