Coping with post separation parenting
A course aimed at helping fathers, mothers and carers focus on ways of supporting themselves and their children following family breakdown.
We will look at our feelings and those of our Children; the issues regarding children and their behaviour as a reflection of family breakdown; what support is available in the community; listening; communication skills and setting limits.
Practical and emotional support of the group will be addressed.
